Job Description: 
Roles & Responsibilities: 
· Create marketing and sales plans based on consumer demands and market research.
· Create budgets and acquire supplies for marketing and sales initiatives. 
· Supervising the sales team's performance and activities 
· Create plans for sales and pricing. 
· Uphold consumer interactions while guaranteeing client contentment. 
· Track sales and marketing performance and make necessary strategy adjustments. 
· Create reports detailing the performance and results of sales and marketing. 
· Contribute marketing and sales data to meet operational goals for sales and marketing. 
· Plan, produce, implement, and evaluate advertisements to achieve marketing and sales goals. 
· Increase the marketability and profitability of your product by finding, analyzing, and seizing market possibilities. 
· Produce information by gathering, examining, and condensing trends and data. 
· Create sales action plans based on business objectives and market needs for both new and existing clients. 
· Preserve your relationship with significant clients by paying them frequent visits, getting to know their needs, and looking ahead to new marketing chances. 
· Focus on KPIs and weekly and monthly sales targets. 
Desired Candidate Profile: 
Candidate must have UAE Driving license.
